Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any moment from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Existing CTAs continue to track normally. You just won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or remove existing CTAs to stay within your plan's limit.

Data retention is how long we keep your click, impression, and hover event data. After the retention window, older events are purged to keep your dashboard fast.

Yes. The tracker respects Do Not Track (DNT) headers and a custom opt-out cookie. All IP addresses are hashed with HMAC-SHA256 before storage — we never store raw IPs.
Yes — the number of domains you can track depends on your plan. Each domain's analytics are segmented separately in your dashboard.
Each unique root domain counts as one domain. Subdomains of the same root count as one (e.g. blog.example.com + shop.example.com = 1 domain).
